A typical example of projects completed was a two lot subdivision at 55 Union Road, Langwarrin for clients Mary Bould, Annette Bould & Jim De Bruyn.
This project included design and supervision of construction of outfall drain along property boundary to control storm water discharge into Boggy Creek, all to Melbourne Water and Council specifications.
The extensive drainage works required for a subdivision on my property were recently completed by the engineering firm JOHN FITZGERALD, MORNINGTON. The works were of a very high standard, with minimum impact on the property, and with a final program of rectifying any superficial damage. The firm’s Principal, Nick Leskovec, was extremely competent and friendly, and ensured that the works were inspected and approved by Melbourne Water without any delays.
