An initial assessment of the identified site will be made, as well as assessment of planning permit conditions and existing servicing information in conjunction with surveyor information. From this information we can gauge the individual requirements of the development, and provide a competitive fee proposal for the works which may include the production of design plans for the construction of roads, drainage, stormwater, sewerage and water supply, telecommunications and for the provision of connecting to energy infrastructure including Gas and Electricity.
Once the design plans have been formalised and approval is gained from the relevant authorities, our engineers can manage the tendering process as well as contract administration and documentation to current Australian standards. We also handle all administration tasks (such as liaising with local council and government authorities) and supervise and manage the project through to completion. This includes application and lodgement with council, individual Service Authorities Compliance Certificates, as required by Council as per individual permit conditions.
